Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Services, you (the "Users") agree to be bound by these Terms, which govern your access to, and use of the CMFAS Academy website (the "Services"), and any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as "Content").

User of Services
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of the Services and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws, of both the Republic of Singapore and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Services's trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features, and you may not use the same without our express written permission. Any submission of feedback, testimonial, result slips ("Submission") provided to us is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such Submission as we see fit and without any obligation to you. By making a Submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Submission throughout the world in any media. You also grant us the right to use the name you submit in connection with such Submission. No identication number shall be used even if provided.

The Services are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, the Services (or any features within the Services) may be terminated to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.

In order to use certain Services, you will need to register at the website, create a username and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the registration form, including a valid email address. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these Terms.

Rights
CMFAS Academy may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of the Site, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability, terminate any registration and/or membership and/or deny access to any person or user at any time for any reason.

One License to a Single User
Each subscription comes with a single-user license and is only for your own consumption. It is not transferable. Allowing a third-party to use your subscription, or using a subscription that does not belong to you constitutes copyright infringement and breach of contract. In such event you agree to pay for overused licenses or subscription fees. If full payment is not made within 3 days of notification, you agree to pay a late fee of $150 per month.

Accuracy and Warranty of Information
While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, we make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy of the Content and assume no liability or responsibility for any error or omission in the Content.

Intellectual Property
You are deemed to be aware of copyright laws and agree to not copy, duplicate, distribute, resell content on this website or otherwise engage in any act that constitutes copyright infringement, failing which you agree to make compensation and pay damages to KLOGE LLP or its ultimate copyright owners.

Privacy
Your credit card information is never captured or stored by our servers. The information is processed by our payment partners who are certified to handle such information. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Images Used On The Site
All trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. You accept that images of individuals displayed on the website may be used for illustrative purposes and may not be be the actual individual the image had intended to represent.

Brand ownership and management
CMFAS Academy is a brand managed by KLOGE LLP (T12LL1126K) which is incorporated in Singapore, with permission by its owner SCSCL ["Steady Consulting (Shanghai) Co. Ltd."] which is incorporated in Shanghai, China.

Pass Guarantee
You acknowledge that there are prerequisite criteria for the Pass guarantee offered in Bronze, Gold and Diamond plans, such as inter alia, to have answered no less than 90% of the practice questions correctly at least once.

Public Statements or Reviews
In the event of unsatisfactory experience for whatever reasons, you agree to contact us before making public statements or writing public reviews about our service or product. You agree to not imply, convey, describe, suggest our products as ineffective if you have not answered more than 80% of the practice questions correctly at least once.

Refund
CMFAS Academy operates on a no-refund policy except in specific circumstances. Please refer to the Refund Policy for details.
