Refund Policy's refund policy is as follows:

All payments made for products and services on are non-refundable upon payment, but substitution for another product of the same value could be allowed for the following scenarios:

1. Accidental purchase of incorrect product.
2. Duplicate payments for the same product.

Subject to submitting supporting documents, customers may request for a refund in the following events:

1. Failed re-test despite meeting Pass Guarantee eligibility.
2. Credit card was used fraudulently.

All refunds application are subjected to the Management's approval. All decisions are considered final.
