CMFAS Academy's refund policy is as follows:
All payments made for products and services to KLOGE LLP are strictly non-refundable, but substitution for another product of the same value could be allowed for the following scenarios, subject to approval:
1. Accidental purchase of incorrect product.
2. Duplicate payments for the same product.
Subject to approval, a refund can be considered if it can be proven that:
1. The payment was made fraudulently by a stranger.
2. The content fails to meet an error-free rate of 99.5%.
3. The candidate has met all conditions under the Pass Guarantee - and that the reimbursement or refund shall be given according to the terms and conditions.
All application to refund are subjected to the Management's approval. The Management's decisions are final.
